Tips for staying healthy

  • Wash your hands, wash your hands, wash your hands!  For at least 20 seconds
  • Go for a walk!  Walking around your neighborhood for at least 20 minutes a day helps ward off stress, Improve your mood and if it's sunny, gives you an immunity-boosting dose of Vitamin D! (caution: too much sun may cause sun damage and lead to skin cancer)
    • Boost your work out to walk/run: Burn extra calories and stress!
      • Beginners: Start with a Run of 15-30 seconds, and walk 1-2 minutes.  Gradually increase your Running time…Go at your own pace.
    • Many Boutique Exercise Studios are offering free recorded classes
    • Turn on some music or live-stream your favorite DJ and have a dance party!!!
