GROUP AND ONE-ON-ONE TUTORING AVAILABLE
All SJCC students now have access to group and one-on-one tutoring sessions from SJCC faculty and peer tutors. Here are some programs:
Peer-Lead Team Learning (PLTL): Peer tutors offer small group tutoring via Zoom for the following subjects: Math, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Ethnic Studies.
The Learning Resource Center is offering tutoring. The Tutoring Center (TC), Reading and Writing Center (RWC) and English as a Second Language Lab (ESL Lab) are offering one on one tutoring sessions by Peer tutors and faculty via Zoom for reading and writing assignments multiple subjects.
STEPS TO ACCESS SJCC TUTORING SERVICES
1. Review the peer tutoring schedule HERE and the faculty tutoring schedule HERE.
The schedules are divided by subject and each tab at the bottom is for a different day.
2. Find the Zoom ID for the tutoring session you would like to attend.
NetTutor
Online tutoring is available 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.
STEP 1. Open any of your courses on Canvas
STEP 2. Open NetTutor link on the left-hand navigation
STEP 3. Open the subject you need help with
